MEDYREX is an online platform connecting patients/caregivers with hospitals/clinics. As medicines are billed and procured from the hospital/clinic where they got prescribed, we follow the return policy prevailing in the respective hospital/clinic.
To initiate the return, contact MEDYREX customer service helpline 70-9797-9696. Upon receiving a return request, MEDYREX team checks the return policy of the respective hospital/clinic and guides the patients/caregivers.
The returns are subject to the following conditions: -
1. Original invoice should to be submitted along with medicines being returned.
2. Any wrong ordering of product doesn't qualify for return.
3. Batch number of the medicines being returned should match as mentioned on the invoice.
4. Return requests due to change in prescription need to be settled during the follow-up visit to the hospital/clinic.
5. Partially consumed medicines do not qualify for Return.
1.1 Please note that the refund amount mentioned at the time of return on the Platform is an estimate and will be finalized after completion of verification. Once the pick-up is completed and the product is verified by the seller, a refund of the total amount paid for the products returned by you will be initiated for eligible returns as mentioned above.
1.2 Refund will be initiated only post successful verification of the products by the seller. Please note that the verification process may take:
• For Local Cities*: 2 days from the time of pick up from your location.
• For Other Cities: 5-7 business days from the date of pick up from your location.
• Pickup charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
1.3 The refund amount is expected to reflect in your account after completion of verification from the seller as per the following timelines:
